Color:Heritage Glass aggregates have vibrant, transparent colors that add to any design. Our aggregates are unique to our company and are colored completely through and not painted. Heritage Glass aggregates accomplish dazzling effects not found with other aggregates like marble, metal, plastic chips, or crushed scrap glass. Silver Coated:Heritage Glass has developed a product that achieves a look not found in any other aggregate. We have taken our already sparkling colors and added a silver coating to them. When silver-coated colors are ground in application, the color reflects back a jewel-like color with intense clarity. This effect can be put on almost all of our standard colors. This is a premium-priced, special-order product. Durability:Heritage Glass aggregates are non-porous and resistent to most acids. The hardness and abrasion resistance of glass aggregate exceeds that of many traditional materials used in terrazzo. It wears well with a range of hardness of 4.5-6 on the MOHS hardness scale. Our glass may be used as the only aggregate in a specific installation or it may be combined with marble to give a particular color accent. Samples:We have sample sets of our standard colors available in our online store as well as three-pound bags of individual colors for use in creating floor samples. Terrazzo: Epoxy terrazzo has unlimited design possibilities and is an easy product to work with. Any matrix color can be used with our glass to create a unique look not found with other aggregates. Epoxy terrazzo can be used in floors, countertops, window sills, tiles, and much more. Heritage Glass prides itself in the quality of terrazzo glass aggregate for any terrazzo application. Landscape: Heritage Glass aggregates in Venetian sizes have been used many times in landscape applications. Our aggregates can be used indoor and outdoor. We have sizes available from 1/2" to 2" with dulled edges. These sizes are available in most of our standard colors. |
